Job summary

Almarai seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the Manufacturing Engineering Group in the absence of the Senior Engineering Manager. You will oversee planning and execution of preventive maintenance for all plant and equipment to meet process and user demands.

Responsibilities include supporting project activities, promoting a safety-conscious culture within Engineering, ensuring compliance with quality procedures, and achieving department targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on experience managing facility operations.
• Experience in Health and Safety, and Quality Audits within Dairy/Food Industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventative maintenance for all plant and equipment.
• Assist in planning and executing Projects activities to meet specs and timelines.
• Develop a safety-conscious culture within the Engineering department.
• Ensure Compliance to Quality Procedures and standards within Manufacturing Engineering.
• Meet targets for the department and identify staffing needs for future growth.
