Job summary

Cyient in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Business Development professional to accelerate growth across Plant Engineering to EPC and National Oil Companies. You will lead high-impact sales initiatives, build executive-level relationships, and drive complex technical and commercial deals to closure in the Energy sector.

The role requires a proven track record selling engineering services at scale, with strong negotiation skills, and the ability to structure master service agreements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in metrics-driven services sales.
• Direct sales experience in the Energy sector (EPC / NOC).
• Established network of C-suite, VP, and Director-level leaders in Energy.
• Proven go-to-market strategy development.
• Ability to close multimillion-dollar deals and drive profitability.
• Experience building complex technical proposals.
• Expertise in structuring contracts and MSAs.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and profitability across Energy accounts.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of new customers and expanded offerings.
• Oversee opportunity progression through a structured sales process and CRM discipline.
• Lead creation of innovative business proposals with technical and commercial solutions.
• Negotiate and close contracts, MSAs, and pricing agreements.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships to deepen trust and expand partnerships.
