Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a Business Development Market Development professional in Riyadh to lead growth of rotating equipment and EPC services. You will identify opportunities across oil, gas, petrochemical, refining, power, LNG and water sectors, build a robust project pipeline, and position the company as a preferred contractor.

You will cultivate strategic relationships with end users, EPC contractors, OEMs and consultants, conduct market analysis, and coordinate with engineering,

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, proposals, or commercial roles within EPC/oil&gas/industrial contracting.
• Strong understanding of project procurement processes and tendering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies for rotating equipment and EPC services.
• Identify new project tenders, shutdowns, brownfield modifications, revamp projects and aftermarket opportunities.
• Monitor upcoming projects in oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, power, LNG, water and other sectors.
• Develop and maintain a strong project and opportunity pipeline.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish the company as a preferred contractor for rotating equipment services and EPC packages.
• Develop relationships with major end users, EPC contractors, engineers, OEMs and procurement organizations.
• Identify decision-makers and influencers within target accounts; develop strategic account plans.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, seminars and meetings; maintain long-term customer relationships.
