Job summary

Ericsson Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned End to End Solution Support Expert to lead incident response, coordinate GS/SMEs/PDUs and steer restoration across UDM, IMS and Cloud domains. You will act as the main technical interface and drive knowledge transfer to regional teams.

This role requires deep Telco core and cloud architecture expertise, proven ability to manage critical incidents, and strong executive communication with customer leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Telco networks and cloud-based telecom architectures.
• Experience delivering at a Technical Solution Architect level.
• Proven ability to manage complex incidents in mission-critical operator networks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Ability to operate under high pressure in service-critical environments.
• Strong fault isolation across network domains.
• Team building and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build trustworthy customer relationships.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Command recovery team during incidents and crises.
• Lead SMEs, PDUs, and operations to restore services.
• Act as main technical interface for UDM, IMS and Cloud domains.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and workshops.
• Drive customer support improvements across EMEA.
• Coach and mentor MA End to End Support Experts.
• Lead security reviews and major deployments.
• Deliver internal and customer technical workshops.
• Engage in technical support investigations and escalations.
• Communicate with C-level executives.
• Lead RCA investigations and present findings.
• Collaborate with delivery teams for smooth handover.
• Prepare operational readiness plans for Go-Live.
• Maintain business continuity with customers.
