Job summary

SIS Global in Saudi Arabia seeks a Technical Authority – Transmission to provide senior technical leadership for Ericsson MPLS transport networks and 24x7 operations, guiding fault resolution and network governance. You will lead escalation for Layer 2/3 switching, MPLS, routers, and network management systems, coordinating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure service availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong hands-on Ericsson transmission network experience (Mandatory).
Extensive MPLS transport network experience.
Knowledge of L2/L3 switching concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide second/third-line support for Ericsson transmission networks.
Lead troubleshooting across routers, switches, L2/L3, and MPLS environments.
Act as technical authority for transmission operations and governance.
Manage customer service requests and issue resolution.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams during incidents and changes.
Document technical activities and network reports.
Drive fault management, service assurance, and network optimization initiatives.
