Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Document Controller to manage project documentation through the full lifecycle, using Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, and other EDMS platforms. You will ensure accurate indexing, version control, and timely distribution to stakeholders.

The role requires extensive EDMS experience, strong English communication, and the ability to handle large volumes across multiple projects on-site in a construction environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or specialized training in document management systems or similar software.
• Minimum 8 years of document control experience.
• At least 4 years using Electronic Document Management Systems on large projects.
• Expert-level experience with Aconex and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience setting up and administering projects within EDMS platforms.
• Experience configuring folders, permissions, workflows, submittals, and RFIs.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; strong technical writing skills.
• Strong computer skills with electronic documentation systems and data management.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and large volumes of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control processes from project initiation through close-out.
• Scan and distribute documentation as PDF with accurate indexing and metadata.
• Upload and maintain documents in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, and EDMS.
• Maintain a hard-copy reference library and align with electronic records.
• Produce regular reports on outstanding actions and responses.
