Job summary

Parsons is hiring a highly experienced Document Controller to manage project information in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on controlling documentation within Autodesk Construction Cloud and other EDMS platforms, ensuring traceability across the full delivery lifecycle.

You will support consultants, contractors, client representatives, and multidisciplinary teams by maintaining accurate records, configuring ACC workflows, and coordinating document transmissions throughout mobilization to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in document management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant document control experience.
• At least 4 years of practical experience using EDMS, preferably ACC on major projects.
• Expert-level Autodesk Construction Cloud experience is essential.
• Experience working within Gulf-region projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project document control activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud as the principal platform for controlled design and construction information.
• Configure and maintain ACC folder structures, permissions, workflows, and access controls.
• Maintain document metadata, indexing, coding, references, and classifications.
• Produce regular reports on outstanding actions, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.
