Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Document Controller for ACC Project Records in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing high-volume engineering documentation, controlling revisions, and ensuring traceability across ACC and EDMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Extensive experience in document control on large projects.
• Strong command of English and technical communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee document control throughout the project lifecycle from setup to close-out.
• Register, classify, index, distribute, retrieve, and archive documents per procedures.
• Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud and EDMS platforms.
• Configure ACC structures: folders, permissions, workflows, numbering, metadata.
• Distribute correctly indexed PDFs via ACC and client systems.
• Maintain alignment between electronic and hard-copy records for quick retrieval.
• Control document status, revisions, reviews, approvals, transmittals, and histories.
• Track correspondence, reports, RFIs, submittals, and related records.
• Monitor submittals, safety reports, meeting minutes, and drawings.
• Produce reports on overdue actions, approvals, and delays.
• Assist teams with ACC usage and system troubleshooting.
• Coordinate document exchanges with internal and client teams.
• Investigate references, missing docs, and metadata inconsistencies.
• Maintain numbering conventions, coding, and filing requirements.
• Preserve audit trails for submissions, reviews, and approvals.
• Support project audits with registers and traceable records.
