Job summary

Info-Sys in Riyadh is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead selling Microsoft Dynamics and related business solutions. This on-site role focuses on developing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and guiding the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

You will nurture long-term client relationships across the MENA region, coordinate with technical teams, prepare proposals, monitor market trends, and contribute to revenue growth. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills including pipeline management and closing.
• Experience in solution selling within IT or business consultancy, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or ERP/CRM.
• Solid knowledge of business processes and accounting concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management in English; Arabic helpful.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities; ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in sales or Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategies for Microsoft Dynamics and related business solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships across the MENA and Gulf regions.
• Prepare proposals and presentations; coordinate with technical and consulting teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, and contribute to revenue targets and market growth.
• Mentor sales team members and support marketing activities; represent Info-Sys at events and client meetings.
