Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in technology or system integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• CRM experience and data-driven approach to sales.
• Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales data.
• Ability to lead a hybrid sales team and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech- and industry-domain-savvy to explain complex solutions.
