cander is seeking an experienced ERP Sales Executive in Riyadh to drive new business, manage full sales cycles, and build strong client relationships across the Saudi market. You will present ERP solutions, tailor proposals, and collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handovers.

The role requires a strong B2B background, 3+ years in ERP or enterprise software sales, and fluency in Arabic and English. Travel within Saudi Arabia is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B ERP/enterprise software IT services sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Understanding of business processes: finance, sales, procurement, inventory.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry events.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiations and closing deals.
• Engage with mid-sized and large businesses to understand their operational needs and existing systems.
• Present and demonstrate ERP solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage client expectations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Develop existing accounts through upselling additional modules, licenses, and support services.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth client handover.
• Monitor sales performance and report on pipeline, forecasts, and targets.
