Job summary

Astek Middle East is seeking a Senior Document Controller to manage project documentation across energy efficiency, sustainability, construction, and infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure accurate filing, version control, and timely distribution while coordinating with PMO, engineers, and contractors.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or diploma, 3+ years in document control, strong English, and hands-on EDMS experience (Aconex, SharePoint, Documentum).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in document control.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred.
• Experience supporting project coordination or PMO activities.
• Knowledge of EDMS, revision management, and transmittals.
• Strong English writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, distribution, filing, tracking, and archiving of project documentation.
• Maintain document registers and tracking systems.
• Ensure correct numbering, version control, and storage.
• Coordinate document transmittals with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor status, revisions, submissions, and approvals.
• Prepare status reports for management.
• Manage EDMS access and security.
• Support project closeout and handover documentation.
• Maintain retrievable records throughout the lifecycle.
