Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management and procurement for government projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and procurement activities for government projects.
• Manage procurement processes from tender to award and contract signing.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law.
• Review tender documents, contract conditions, and commercial documentation.
• Manage contract administration, variations, change orders, and claims.
• Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices.
• Monitor contractual obligations and address risks.
• Coordinate with clients, government entities, procurement teams, and stakeholders.
