Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management and procurement for government projects.
• Demonstrated experience in tendering, evaluation, award, and contract signing.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law and associated government procurement procedures.
• Experience with government entities or organisations managing projects subject to Saudi government procurement regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead contract management and procurement activities for government projects.
• Manage procurement processes from tender announcement through evaluation, award, and contract signing.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law and applicable procurement procedures.
• Review tender documents, contract conditions, procurement submissions, and commercial documentation.
• Manage contract administration, variations, change orders, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Develop and implement contract management procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Monitor contractual obligations and address commercial and contractual risks.
• Coordinate with clients, government entities, procurement teams, and project stakeholders on contractual matters.
