Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Contracts & Procurement to oversee contract management and procurement on major government-led projects in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead tendering, evaluation, award and contract signing, ensure compliance with the Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law, and manage contract administration, variations and claims while coordinating with clients and government entities to drive commercial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Accounting or Construction Management.
• Minimum 15 years in contract management and government procurement.
• Proven experience in tendering, evaluation, award and contract signing.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law.
• Experience in contract administration, variations, change orders, and claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and procurement for government projects.
• Oversee tendering through to award and contract signing.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi procurement laws and procedures.
• Review tender documents, contracts, and commercial documentation.
• Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and correspondence.
