Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management and procurement for government projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law and associated government procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and procurement activities for government projects
• Manage procurement processes from tender announcement through evaluation award and contract signing
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law and applicable procurement procedures
• Review tender documents contract conditions procurement submissions and commercial documentation
• Manage contract administration variations change orders claims and contractual correspondence
• Develop and implement contract management procedures, policies and best practices
• Monitor contractual obligations and address commercial and contractual risks
• Coordinate with clients government entities procurement teams and project stakeholders on contractual matters
