Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant procurement management experience within mega/large-scale complex design and construction programs.
• Previous KSA/Middle East experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team’s deliverables through effective leadership.
• Deliver procurement activities in line with the Tender Event Schedule.
• Lead the execution and administration of complex contract agreements.
• Implement the Procurement department strategy to support strategic objectives.
• Manage procurement strategies for quality and cost-effective goods and services.
