Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction Supervision to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor schedules and budgets, and engage with clients, authorities and contractors to ensure compliant, on‑time execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of infrastructure project delivery experience.
• Experience in construction supervision and project management roles.
• GCC and KSA project experience is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects and align with objectives.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across supervision, engineering, and controls.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, resources, and performance indicators for delivery.
• Act as a key contact for clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and health and safety.
