Job summary

Massar Business Solutions in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Contract & Procurement Specialist for large-scale infrastructure, water, energy, and industrial projects. You will lead contract formation, procurement strategy, tendering, and supplier governance within a major engineering consultancy setting.

The role demands 8-12 years of relevant experience, deep knowledge of FIDIC/JCT/PPP contracts, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Contracts & Procurement.
• Experience in engineering consultancy or large infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement strategy, tendering, sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, claims support, and governance.
• Experience with RFQs, technical and commercial evaluations, contract awards, and purchase orders.
• Familiarity with Saudi procurement rules and laws (GOSI, VAT, PDPL).
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• CIPS/MCIPS/RICS or FIDIC accreditation is an advantage.
