Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in contracts/commercial management.
• Experience on major construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke contracts.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations and PMO environments.
• MRICS or equivalent preferred.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke contracts per Saudi law.
• Lead contract management across the project portfolio.
• Review terms, notices, and obligations.
• Identify commercial risks and mitigation strategies early.
• Assess variations, change orders, claims and disputes.
• Negotiate with contractors, consultants, suppliers.
• Maintain change documentation through Engineer's Instructions and Variation Orders.
• Verify changes are supported by scope, cost, schedule, and justification.
• Monitor compliance with contractual terms throughout execution.
• Advise teams on interpretation, entitlement, and risk allocation.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance for budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare contractual reports and management summaries.
• Represent the project in commercial discussions and dispute resolutions.
