Job summary

The role requires 15+ years in contract/commercial management on large projects, with strong knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and complex stakeholder engagement. A postgraduate qualification or professional membership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Quantity Surveying, Commercial/Construction Management, Engineering, Law).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract/commercial management on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary commercial teams and managing large contract portfolios.
• Significant experience administering and managing FIDIC-based contracts.
• Experience on roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration across large-scale social infrastructure projects.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor and subcontractor agreements.
• Monitor contract compliance, risks, and change order documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contractual matters.
• Support claims management and resolve commercial issues throughout project delivery.
