Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager for infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves monitoring contract compliance, coordinating site teams, and managing contractual correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor contractor and consultant compliance with contract terms and project progress.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure adherence to contractual and operational requirements.
  • Review and manage contractual correspondence between project stakeholders.
  • Maintain trackers for securities, early warnings, variations, and claims.
  • Assess contractual implications of site decisions and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Evaluate entitlement related to variations and claims and support resolution processes.
  • Review tender documents and assess technical and financial proposals.
  • Ensure contract changes are managed in line with contractual provisions.
  • Support performance reviews of contractors and consultants.
  • Advise on compliance with procurement regulations and contract requirements.
  • Liaise with cost management teams for change order management and valuation agreements.
  • Manage directives, variations, and final account processes.
  • Coordinate negotiations and agreements with contractors and clients.
  • Support reporting on contractual risks and project performance.
