The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 15+ years of experience in large infrastructure, FIDIC contracts, and cross-disciplinary teams. You will collaborate with legal, procurement, and project leadership to protect outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Quantity Surveying, Commercial/Construction Management, Engineering or Law).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract or commercial management on major infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience with large, complex contract portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
• Significant experience administering FIDIC-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration across large-scale social infrastructure projects.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor and subcontractor agreements.
• Monitor contract compliance, risks, and change order documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contractual matters.
• Support claims management and resolve commercial issues throughout project delivery.
