We’re Hiring: Payroll & Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Payroll processing and accurate salary calculations.
• Leave balance and employee entitlement calculations.
• End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations and settlements.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, particularly regulations related to payroll, salaries, leave, deductions, and employee entitlements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including large datasets, formulas, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits is essential.
