Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and payroll regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and ensure accurate salary calculations.
• Calculate leave balances and employee entitlements.
• Compute End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) and settlements.
• Ensure Saudi Labor Law compliance for payroll processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for large datasets, formulas, and reporting.
• Apply strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrate experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
