Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll, ensure accuracy of salaries, deductions, and benefits, and maintain compliance with policies and local labor regulations.

You will coordinate with HR, update records in payroll systems, ensure final settlements, and generate reports using Excel and Power BI. Minimum 2 years of payroll experience and MenaME expertise required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with MenaME Payroll System is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, WPS, and payroll compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for payroll reporting, data analysis, reconciliation, and dashboard development.
  • Experience working with ERP and HRMS systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll including salaries, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of entitlements such as end-of-service benefits, leave balances, and GOSI.
  • Review and validate attendance, absences, delays, and overtime in coordination with HR.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
  • Ensure all changes (salary adjustments, promotions, allowances) are accurately reflected.
  • Monitor employee status changes and ensure proper final settlements.
  • Manage and record deductions (loans, advances, penalties).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor law.
  • Handle payroll corrections when needed.
  • Review payroll reports before processing.
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments.
  • Handle employee payroll inquiries.

Position Overview:

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and processing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy of salaries, deductions, and benefits, while maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing & Management:
  • Process monthly payroll including salaries, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
