Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to develop and implement the commercial strategy for mega projects, aligned with project, client, and organizational objectives.

You will lead commercial teams across contracts, procurement, and cost control, oversee end-to-end contract management, and drive governance, risk mitigation, budgets, and value optimization in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in commercial/contract management on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record on mega/giga projects, GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy for complex giga projects.
• Lead and mentor commercial teams across contracts, procurement, and QS.
• Drive governance, standardization of processes, and best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end contract management for various delivery models.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and manage commercial risk and change control.
