You will manage risk, forecasts, and financial performance across complex portfolios, interfacing with clients and stakeholders to protect project value.

The role requires extensive Middle East experience, strong leadership, and expert knowledge of FIDIC/NEC contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive commercial management experience.
• Strong track record on large-scale engineering, infrastructure, or mega-construction projects.
• Extensive Middle East or GCC experience, with strong understanding of Saudi Arabian project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management activities across assigned contracts and major project workstreams.
• Oversee cost planning, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and commercial performance tracking.
• Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets and identify emerging financial pressures.
• Apply Earned Value Analysis to evaluate cost and schedule performance.
• Administer contracts under FIDIC, NEC, bespoke, and other frameworks.
• Review contract terms and determine commercial implications of changes in scope.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies to protect interests.
• Lead variations, change orders, claims, and compensation events assessments.
• Negotiate settlements with contractors and subcontractors with discipline.
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution through records and analysis.
