Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies that support project objectives and margins.
Provide commercial leadership to project teams and ensure governance standards.
Support budgeting, tender reviews, and bid decisions with commercial insight.
Lead or support negotiations for major contracts, variations, and contracts.
Review and finalize prime/subcontracts and FIDIC-based documents.
Oversee budgets, cash flow, and cost reporting, and monitor profitability.
