Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial and contractual management on mega-scale building projects.
• Proven ability to manage cost, variations and claims end-to-end.
• Strong experience with FIDIC contracts and procurement negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and contractual management from pre-contract to final account.
• Develop and implement the project commercial strategy and reporting.
• Manage major contracts, variations, claims, and cost control processes.
• Oversee procurement, contract awards, settlements and subcontractor negotiations.
• Mentor the commercial team and ensure governance and reporting standards.
• Interface with Project Directors, Planning, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams.
