Parsons Corporation seeks a Senior Commercial Manager for a giga project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees commercial strategy, contract administration, cost governance, procurement, claims, risk management, and value optimization across a multi-billion program.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in commercial leadership within major construction, be adept with FIDIC contracts, and drive procurement and governance to protect value while supporting Saudi Vision 2030 priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant discipline with strong commercial exposure.
• Minimum 15 years of commercial or contract management experience in major construction or real estate developments.
• Experience on mega/giga projects and in Saudi Arabia or GCC region is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the commercial strategy across major project packages.
• Establish commercial governance principles, controls, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and framework agreements.
• Oversee cost management, procurement strategies, and tender processes.
• Mentor the commercial team and ensure alignment with Saudi regulations and Vision 2030 objectives.
