Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to oversee commercial performance, contract administration, and financial controls across mega-project delivery. You will lead high-value contracts within a Delivery Partner framework, safeguarding project viability and providing senior stakeholders with reliable, data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in commercial management on major engineering or construction programs, with strong knowledge of FIDIC/NEC

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of progressive commercial management experience.
Experience on large-scale engineering, infrastructure, or mega-construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations and procurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial management activities across assigned infrastructure contracts and project packages.
Maintain visibility of commercial performance from contract award through construction, completion, and final account.
Oversee cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor expenditure, commitments, liabilities, and forecast cost against budgets.
