Job summary

AECOM in Riyadh is seeking a Civil Manager - Infrastructure & Design Stakeholder Coordinator to lead relationships with KSA government authorities, utilities, and telecom stakeholders, ensuring design and infrastructure planning align with approvals and NOCs for timely project delivery.

You will coordinate interfaces between design teams and external stakeholders, manage meetings, track actions, and escalate issues to project leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in stakeholder, interface or infrastructure management.
• Experience with KSA government authorities and utility providers.
• Understanding of KSA approvals, NOC and utility coordination.
• Experience coordinating between design teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Infrastructure/civil engineering background essential.
• Design coordination and interface management experience preferred.
• Arabic language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships with authorities and utilities.
• Lead submissions, NOCs and approvals ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between stakeholders and design teams.
• Facilitate design review meetings with stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and workshops; track actions.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting scope, cost, or design.
• Coordinate with design, planning, commercial and construction teams.
• Maintain stakeholder registers and approval trackers.
• Escalate critical issues to project leadership.
