Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder activities for moderately complex rail, metro, transportation, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop comprehensive stakeholder maps identifying government agencies, authorities, external organizations, communities, and other parties influencing project delivery.
• Establish engagement strategies appropriate to each stakeholder's responsibilities, influence, requirements, and project interface.
• Maintain structured engagement plans covering meetings, consultations, commitments, approvals, actions, and follow-up requirements.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with Saudi government agencies and other external stakeholders.
• Act as a coordination point between project teams and external organizations on significant project matters.
• Facilitate meetings and technical discussions to clarify requirements and resolve stakeholder concerns.
• Track stakeholder issues from identification through escalation, resolution, and formal closure.
