BEC Arabia in Khobar seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead QA/QC across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and ISO 9001 standards. You will review submittals, mentor engineers, and collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.

You will work on high-profile infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects tied to Saudi Vision 2030, including mega-developments, with exposure to international standards and strong emphasis on safety and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Proficiency in ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of SBC and municipal codes.
• Experience with QA/QC in construction/infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of QA/QC across multiple construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure SBC and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Review and approve technical submittals and ITPs.
• Coordinate with PMs, contractors, and consultants to resolve QA issues.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and QA/QC staff.
