Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist - Cost and Schedule in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee project schedule, cost, resources, revenue, and financial performance to provide leadership with a dependable view against baselines.

Responsibilities include developing baseline schedules, performing variance analysis, Earned Value Management, and preparing cost tracking reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience supporting construction, design or similar projects.
• Saudi National as specified for the position.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cost control, forecasting and EVM.
• Experience establishing baselines and budgets, and preparing weekly/monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules for construction, design, and related project activities.
• Analyze project status against approved baselines and identify deviations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to establish Work Breakdown Structures for scheduling and cost control.
• Develop baseline budgets covering resources, revenue, expenditure and delivery needs.
• Maintain alignment between cost accounts and reporting requirements.
• Analyze actual and forecast cost performance against baselines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost tracking reports for project leadership.
• Establish resource, revenue, and cost projections with project teams.
• Update forecasts using performance data and identified risks.
• Apply Earned Value Management to evaluate project performance.
• Prepare explanations and supporting analysis for major variances.
• Support monthly/quarterly performance reviews and project planning.
