Job summary

Anow SA, Amazon's quick-commerce arm in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Category Manager to own end-to-end performance across one or more product categories—from selection and vendor relationships through to availability and pricing.

The role sits at the intersection of retail, operations and customer experience, with high visibility and impact. You will drive P&L, manage vendors, expand the assortment, and lead promotional initiatives across major events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic sourcing and category management or retail merchandising in e-commerce or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and move fast in a startup-like environment inside a large company.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own category P&L: GMS, margin, selection breadth, and availability metrics.
• Drive selection expansion by onboarding new brands and prioritizing winning assortment.
• Negotiate terms with vendors and ensure service levels and fill rates.
• Coordinate with Operations, Inbound and Replenishment to ensure in-stock execution.
• Lead commercial moments and promotional plans with cross-functional partners.
