Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in category management, buying, or retail merchandising.
• Proven track record in expanding selection and improving availability at scale.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own category P&L, margin, selection breadth, and availability metrics.
• Drive selection expansion by onboarding new brands and prioritizing assortments for 15-minute shopping.
• Negotiate terms with vendors and ensure service levels and fill rates.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inbound, and Replenishment to translate demand signals into in-stock execution.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify share-of-shelf gaps and category white space.
• Lead commercial moments (Back to School, National Day, Ramadan) with strategic listings and promos.
