Job summary

Amazon Now in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Category Manager to own non-fresh categories for the Q-commerce service. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure selection, pricing, promos, and activities drive growth, basket penetration, and margin objectives.

You will support the Category leader, manage vendor negotiations, refine assortment, and own P&L after launches to meet targets with a data-driven approach and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership.
• 5+ years in retail, operations, product, or program management with negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Support Category leader to drive new strategic initiatives.
• Identify optimum selection mix for top-line & bottom-line on Grocery/Non-Grocery.
• Define selection assortment and refine the mix to improve space utilization.
• Negotiate category marketing funds with vendors for category visibility.
• Collaborate with Ads and Retail teams to maximize visibility and conversions.
• Own the P&L after launches to hit top and bottom-line targets.
