Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic sourcing and category management in indirect spend
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in management or related field
• 5+ years of negotiations and vendor management experience

Responsibilities

• Own category P&L and metrics like GMS, margin, and availability
• Drive selection expansion by onboarding brands and prioritizing assortments
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms
• Coordinate with Operations to translate demand into in-stock execution
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify share-of-shelf gaps
• Lead commercial moments with targeted selection and promotions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock listings and remove blockers
