Job summary

Anow SA is seeking a Senior Category Manager to own end-to-end performance across one or more product categories in a high-visibility role at the intersection of retail, operations, and customer experience. You will drive P&L, vendor relations, and assortment strategy to maximize growth in a 15-minute shopping paradigm.

The role requires 8+ years in category management with data-driven decision making, strong negotiation skills, and experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in category management, buying, or retail merchandising; e-commerce or FMCG experience preferred.
• Track record of driving selection growth and improving availability metrics at scale.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and move fast in a startup-like environment within a large company.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own category P&L: GMS, margin, selection breadth, and availability metrics.
• Drive selection expansion and onboard new brands to win the 15-min shopping occasion.
• Manage vendor relationships; negotiate terms and monitor service levels and fill rates.
• Coordinate with Operations, Inbound, and Replenishment to translate demand into in-stock execution.
• Conduct competitive analyses to identify share-of-shelf gaps and white space.
• Lead commercial moments with timely assortment, inventory depth, and promotions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock listings and resolve blockers.
