Job summary

EWAA Hotels is a distinguished group of Hotels & Resorts seeking a Banquet Hall Manager in Riyadh. The role oversees daily banquet and event hall operations, coordinating weddings, conferences, and other events, while leading F&B, kitchen, sales and operations teams to ensure top-tier guest service and flawless execution. Strong hotel/hospitality background and leadership are essential, with English proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing hotel banquet operations and events.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in F&B and events, weddings, conferences, and large functions.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the banquet and event hall.
• Plan and coordinate weddings, conferences, meetings, and other events.
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Supervise, train, and manage banquet staff.
• Monitor event setup, service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer requirements and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety procedures and policies.
