Job summary

FAHSS WLL Co. Ltd. in Jeddah, KSA, seeks a Representative VI, Sales to identify business opportunities, develop client relationships and close profitable deals.

You will conduct market research, prepare proposals, manage CRM records, and support negotiations to achieve assigned sales targets. The role requires a degree or diploma in business, marketing or engineering, with 2 years of degree-based experience or 8 years with a diploma, and strong English and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Degree or 8 years’ experience with Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, cold calling, networking, social media engagement and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders throughout all stages.
• Conduct customer needs assessment and market research to identify sales opportunities, monitor pricing trends, and report market intelligence.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations and tender submissions, ensuring timely follow-up on enquiries and proposals to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Support the sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation, including negotiations, securing commitments and achieving targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records of leads, interactions, enquiries, quotations, activities and opportunities in CRM.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and project teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support client retention and account growth by addressing concerns and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales team members to improve results and increase leads.
• Shared responsibility in ensuring client debts are collected.
