Job summary

Jotun Decorative invites a Senior Sales Executive - Projects to join our Jeddah team. You will support the Area Sales Manager in driving B2B sales to new and targeted project customers, building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to achieve sales targets and profitability.

You will map the market, maintain a robust CRM pipeline, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or Building Materials preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Project Sales, B2B & Business Development.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Promote, introduce and sell Decorative products to construction projects within the territory through regular customer visits and building strong customer relationships.
• Map ground and audit ongoing/upcoming construction projects to identify decorative painting opportunities before tender specs.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline aligned with top-line targets, budgeting, and forecasting in CRM.
• Monitor awarded projects to defend the project scope and ensure requirements are met.
• Follow up with assigned accounts to adhere to credit terms and achieve DSO targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate product recommendations per project specifications.
