Senior Associate PPP Development in Saudi Arabia is a key role with a leading infrastructure investor and developer. You will support origination, development and execution of major PPP projects across commercial, financial and technical workstreams from early-stage development through to financial close.

The position requires a background in infrastructure investment, project development, PPP advisory or project finance, with exposure to PPP/BOOT/BOT projects and strong financial modelling and

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure investment, project development, PPP advisory or project finance.
• Exposure to PPP/BOOT/BOT projects and infrastructure procurement processes.
• Understanding of project finance structures, commercial risk allocation and financial modelling.
• Experience supporting infrastructure bids, transactions or project development activities.
• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within the Saudi Arabian or wider GCC infrastructure market is advantageous.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Support the identification, evaluation and development of new PPP and infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of competitive PPP bids including RFQs and RFPs.
• Coordinate commercial, financial, legal and technical advisers throughout the bidding and development process.
• Support project feasibility assessments, financial modelling and investment analysis.
• Review project structures, risk allocation and key commercial agreements.
• Assist in negotiating project agreements with government authorities, partners, lenders and stakeholders.
• Prepare investment papers, commercial presentations and recommendations for senior management.
• Support consortium formation, partnership discussions and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor market developments and identify opportunities within Saudi Arabia's growing infrastructure sector.
• Support projects through bid submission, preferred bidder selection and financial close.

About the Opportunity

We are working with a leading infrastructure investor and developer in Saudi Arabia seeking a Senior Associate PPP Development to support the origination, development and execution of major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. This is an opportunity to join an investment and development platform delivering complex Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects working across commercial, financial and technical workstreams from early-stage development through to financial close.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification evaluation and development of new PPP and infrastructure investment opportunities


• Assist with the preparation and submission of competitive PPP bids including RFQs and RFPs


• Coordinate commercial financial legal and technical advisers throughout the bidding and development process
