Job summary

Client of Beresford Wilson Partners Bwp is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support airport infrastructure developments under PPP frameworks in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate development activities, manage stakeholders and oversee commercial, technical and operational workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a background in major infrastructure, exposure to aviation projects, and strong scheduling, budgeting and contract administration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing major infrastructure development or construction projects.
• Exposure to airport or aviation infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Understanding of PPP, concession or privately financed infrastructure models.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate airport PPP projects from development to construction and readiness.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, lenders and advisers.
• Support tender submissions for PPP projects.
• Monitor risks, obligations and concession compliance.

About the Opportunity

We are working with an infrastructure investor and developer seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the development and delivery of airport infrastructure projects under Public-Private Partnership PPP frameworks. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project development activities managing stakeholders and overseeing commercial technical and operational workstreams throughout the project lifecycle. This is an opportunity to work on major aviation infrastructure developments supporting Saudi Arabia s expanding airport and transport infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate airport PPP projects from development and procurement through to construction and operational readiness
• Oversee project schedules budgets deliverables and key development milestones
• Coordinate internal teams technical consultants contractors lenders and external advisers
• Support the preparation and evaluation of technical and commercial submissions for PPP tenders
• Monitor project risks contractual obligations and compliance with concession requirements
• Support negotiations with government authorities airport operators contractors and project partners
• Oversee design development construction planning and interface management across project stakeholders
• Track project performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management
• Ensure project activities align with commercial objectives contractual requirements and delivery timelines
• Support the transition from project development into construction commissioning and operations

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline. Proven experience managing major infrastructure development or construction projects. Previous exposure to airport or aviation infrastructure projects is strongly preferred. Understanding of PPP, concession or privately financed infrastructure development models. Experience working with infrastructure developers, investors, airport operators, EPC contractors or project management consultancies. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, risk management and contract administration. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC is advantageous. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
