Job summary

ECEC East Consulting Engineering Company in Riyadh is seeking a senior architect with 10–15+ years to lead architectural design and consultancy on mega projects, ensuring compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and MOMRA guidelines.

You will oversee submissions, coordinate with engineers and clients, supervise drafting teams, mentor juniors, and apply BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to deliver sustainable, code-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15+ years of architectural design and consultancy experience, preferably on mega projects.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership; professional certifications (e.g., RIBA, AIA) are a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and review architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to integrate architectural solutions.
• Lead technical discussions with municipalities and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct site visits for inspections and resolve architectural discrepancies.
• Review contractor submittals and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain project records, correspondence, and progress reports.
• Prepare specifications and material selection guidelines.
• Implement sustainable design principles and stay updated on industry trends.
• Integrate AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM and other tools.
• Mentor junior architects and supervise drafting teams.
• Assist in technical interviews for architectural department recruitment.
