- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design within the consultancy sector.
- Experience with site supervision for large building projects.
- Strong design skills and knowledge of codes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects from concept through construction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs.
- Develop and review drawings, plans, and specs for accuracy.
- Conduct site assessments and inform design decisions.
- Provide mentorship to junior architects and designers.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies for approvals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Review submittals, RFIs, and design changes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
