Job summary

You will mentor junior architects, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to translate concepts into construction-ready drawings.

Responsibilities include maintaining high design quality, coordinating documentation, and staying current with industry technologies and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture Engineering with 10–12 years of mega project experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for drafting and 3D modeling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership to mentor juniors and coordinate with consultants.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design process for complex mega projects and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on track.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and present concepts.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to address structural and technical challenges.
• Review and approve architectural plans for compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure designs adhere to local codes and regulations.
• Facilitate collaboration among clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare detailed architectural documentation and drawings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technologies and apply in design.
• Support HSE initiatives and IMS policies.
