Job summary

At AECOM in Riyadh, we are seeking a licensed Senior Architect with 6–10 years of professional experience to lead architectural design and project delivery for major infrastructure projects. This on-site role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, developing rigorous specifications, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6-10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Current licensure as a Professional Architect (RA/AIA) or equivalent.
• Expertise in architectural calculations, technical specs, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and BIM platforms.
• Ability to manage complex assignments and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities with documented experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute architectural and engineering calculations with precision and technical rigor to support project deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive specifications, technical reports, and detailed data tables that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain liaison with design and drafting teams to ensure seamless project coordination and technical alignment.
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
• Independently perform advanced technical assignments within approved project schedules and budgets, under supervision.
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities across multiple disciplines and departments for integrated project delivery.
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluation to assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
